- Jeff Patter has been the President of the Board since the ViaQuest Foundation was established. He is a strong advocate, personally and professionally, of providing disadvantaged youth meaningful opportunities to build their futures. His work with the ViaQuest Foundation has instilled in him a passion to share his experiences with others who are in a position to help carry out the Foundation's mission.

- Rich Johnson, founder of the ViaQuest Foundation, is a passionate believer in enabling youth to achieve more. He is also the CEO and owner of ViaQuest, Inc. which provides services to the mentally and behaviorally challenged spectrums. It is through his work in the health care field that he is inspired to build a better tomorrow through the life skills programming the ViaQuest Foundation provides.

- Elizabeth Schmitt joined the ViaQuest Foundation Board in January 2007 and has been a strong voice in the great opportunities that the ViaQuest Foundation provides underprivileged youth. She is an advocate for the programming and the participants that truly do experience an enriched life through the ViaQuest Foundation.
